An angiokeratoma is a benign vascular tumor of the papillary dermis associated with epidermal hyperplasia. Numerous angiokeratomas are a feature of Fabry disease. The angiokeratoma also occurs in GM1 gangliosidosis type III and in mucopolysaccharidosis type I.
